within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and
public holidays.
To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest
possible time, we ship through trusted and reputed courier partners only.
Where Do We Ship?
We currently ship across India and cater to thousands of PIN codes nationwide.
However, there may be certain remote locations or PIN codes that are not
serviceable by our shipping partners.
If your location is not serviceable, our support team will get in touch with you
regarding your order.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Orders are generally dispatched within the next working day after placing your order.
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days from the date
of dispatch, depending on your location and courier partner availability.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, festivals,
weather disruptions, or unforeseen logistical delays.
All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by you during checkout.
Please ensure that the shipping details entered are accurate and complete.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details through
SMS and/or email on your registered contact information.
You can use the tracking information provided to monitor the delivery status of your package.
How Is My Order Shipped?
Your order is carefully handpicked and packed from our warehouse or partner
warehouses to ensure safe delivery.
After packaging, one of our courier partners will collect the shipment for delivery.
You will receive shipment tracking information once the package is picked up.
Our delivery partner may contact you directly when they arrive at your delivery address.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our
customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Please share clear images of:
- The outer packaging
- The damaged or incorrect item
- The invoice (if available)
This helps us investigate and resolve the issue faster.
