Here’s a summary of our cancellation, refund and return policies.
Damaged Orders
We take great care to ensure that all products are properly packaged and delivered
in perfect condition. However, due to unforeseen circumstances during transit,
products may occasionally get damaged.
In such cases, we will replace the damaged item. Please notify us within
48 hours of receiving the product and provide supporting images
as proof of damage.
Incorrect Items Received
We follow strict quality and fulfillment procedures to ensure the correct products
reach the right customer on time. However, if you receive an incorrect item,
we will arrange pickup of the wrong product and ship the correct item at the earliest.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide
supporting photographs of the received product.
Any other cancellation or return requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations
If your order or item(s) have not yet been shipped, you may request cancellation
by contacting our customer support team at
support@sortedscoop.com.
Once the cancellation request is approved and processed, the refund will be
initiated within 2 business days.
Refund Timelines
For payments made through credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or wallets,
refunds will be processed to the original payment method within
2 business days. It may take an additional
2–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account,
depending on your bank or payment provider.
For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
using the bank details shared by you through email. The transfer will be initiated
within 2 business days after verification.
Discount vouchers or promotional coupons used during purchase are non-refundable
and treated as redeemed upon use.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Sorted Scoop offers an easy return and replacement process for:
- Damaged products
- Defective products
- Incorrect products received
You may raise a return, replacement, or refund request within
48 hours of delivery.
Partial returns are also accepted. You may request return or replacement for
one or more items from your order.
Return Process
Step 1
Contact our Customer Support team via email at

within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Step 2
Share your order ID along with your return/replacement/refund request.
Please attach:
- Product images
- Invoice copy
- Reason for return/replacement
Step 3
We will arrange pickup within 2–4 business days.
Refunds or replacements will be initiated only after the returned product
is received and verified at our warehouse.
Conditions For Returns
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product damaged due to misuse or overuse
- Returned without original packaging, labels, freebies, accessories or invoice
- Product has been used, altered or tampered with
- Return request initiated after 48 hours of delivery
- Products not eligible under manufacturer/seller warranty
Categories Not Eligible For Return
- Free samples
- Promotional giveaway products
- Opened consumable products
Special Promotional Campaigns
During certain promotional campaigns, mega sales or limited-time offers,
special return/refund conditions may apply. Such conditions will be clearly
mentioned on the promotional banner or campaign page.
Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please follow the
steps below within 48 hours of receiving the order:

Provide:
- Your Order ID
- Product images
- Invoice copy
- Description of issue
Step 3
Our team will arrange pickup within 4 business days.
Once the returned product is verified, we will process the refund or replacement.
Replacement requests are subject to stock availability. If replacement stock
is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Can I Return Part Of My Order?
Yes. Returns can be initiated at the individual item level.
If your order contains multiple products, you may request return or replacement
for specific items only.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by all complimentary items
Applicable return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and
successfully verified at our warehouse.
For prepaid orders:
- Refund initiated within 48 business hours
- Amount reflects within 2–7 business days
For COD orders:
- Bank transfer initiated within 48 business hours after verification
- Amount reflects within 2–7 business days
