Damaged or Incorrect Products

We strive to ensure that every order is packaged securely and matches what was displayed on the website. However, if your order arrives damaged due to transit issues, we will replace the product. Similarly, if you receive incorrect items, we will arrange for a reverse pickup and dispatch the correct products promptly.

In either case, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with supporting images as proof of the issue.

Cancellations

If your order or specific items within the order have not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting our customer support at email id. Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will initiate a refund within two business days.

Prepaid Orders: Refunds for credit/debit card or net banking payments will be processed to the original payment source. The amount should reflect in your account within 2–7 additional business days after processing.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed via bank transfer based on the billing details you provide. The refund will be initiated within two business days of receiving the returned products and your bank details, and funds should reflect in your account within 2–3 business days thereafter.

Note: Payments made using discount vouchers will not be refunded. Vouchers are single-use and will be considered used upon order placement.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Sorted Scoop offers a straightforward return policy if your product is received in damaged condition or if incorrect items are delivered. You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 48 hours of delivery. Partial returns are also accepted—you can initiate a return for one or more products from the same order.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team via email (care@supplysix.com) within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Include your Order ID, request type (return/replacement/refund), images of the product, and the invoice.
  3. We will arrange for pickup within 2–4 business days. The refund or replacement process will begin once the returned items are received in their original packaging, with all seals, barcodes, and labels intact.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.
  • Items returned without original packaging, including labels, freebies, and accessories.
  • Items that are used or altered.
  • Defective products not covered under manufacturer/seller warranty.
  • Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery.

Note: Non-returnable items include any product provided as a free sample.

In certain promotional campaigns or mega-sale periods, modified return/exchange/refund rules may apply. These exceptions will be clearly mentioned in the promotional banners. For clarification, please contact our customer support.

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, you can request a return/refund/replacement by following the steps mentioned above. If a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, a full refund will be issued instead.

Partial Returns

Yes, we allow item-level returns. If your order contains multiple products, you may choose to return or replace selected items. However, each returned product must include all original components, including any free gifts or bundled items that were part of the original delivery.
